    Xbox One Controller not working for GTA V on xbox one console


    I recently bought the great white shark cash card, and the next thing i know when i open the game it loads up but the controller doesn't work, so basically all my money i spent is gone, as i bought this game too recently.

    Tried googling the issue and found one guy who faced the issue last year, this is the webpage to it, https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...x/7c9f94cf-c74b-45e1-968f-e0e379d99ba0?auth=1.

    The issue according to the comments in the post was resolved, but apparently its not, as tried resetting my controller and console many times, but it still doesn't work.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully clear up this issue you've run into with GTA. I can understand how this could be perplexing. Since it's only happening with GTA, I would suggest trying the steps outlined in our

    Xbox One Game Freeze Solution     as they are known to resolve several gameplay issues.

    When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.
