    Xbox One controller not working anymore


    Hi,

    I have my
    controller     since 2016 April and absolutely no issue until today.

    I used it on my Windows 10 laptop (with USB cable or wireless adapter) but now it doesn't start, I have no light on logo when I connect to PC with USB cable or when I insert battery.

    It seems to be broken but it never fell, no shock or anything...

    Everything was fine but from one day to another it does not work anymore.

    I bought it on Amazon on 2016 April, is it still under warranty?

    Who can help me? Should I contact Amazon or Microsoft?

    Controller no working after Update Beta ?

    Your Xbox One controller isn't working anymore after the NXE update on November 12. right? Is this an 2015 controller or the old controller?

    Hi, I have the same issue, I tried to play Diablo 3 with 2 controllers connected directly in Xbox One, and two controllers Xbox 360 connected through Windows 10 and streaming Xbox One. Before, all 4 controllers worked well, but now only
    3 controllers works, because of the same problem that um reported: a second controller on streaming is now not working anymore. I need a solution for this too.
