    Xbox One Controller not Recognized


    Hi, I'm using a Rock Candy Xbox One controller on my Windows 10 PC (x64) I've already downloaded the drivers but when I go to update them I can't find "Xbox One Controller" which should be under "Microsoft" for models. I've tried re-installing drivers
    and restarting my PC multiple times, but I can't get it to work.

    Xbox one controller windows 10 (WIRED)

    Xbox one controller isn't being recognized wired. I plug it in and it vibrates, but there's no sign of drivers and the device isn't being recognized in xbox accessories.

    I can't connect my xbox one control to my pc

    My pc is a toshiba with windows 8.1 and it does not let me connect my xbox one control because it says that the controller is not available, I got into the device manager but can not find any update, in fact, I do not even recognize it as a control of xbox,
    recognizes it as "controller".

    I had such bad experiences with Rock Candy Controllers for Xbox 360, it seems that the manufacturer only develops its chips to being compatible with console and not with a PC, I recommend you to contact this company to find out more about this problem.

    Have you tried syncing the controller to another Xbox One console? In doing this test you can see whether or not the problem lies in your console no longer recognizing your controller or your controller not recognizing your console. If its the latter, then
    I'm afraid you might need to buy a new controller.

    The console recognizes the controller fine. It's the PC I'm having the issues with.

    Hi,

    It looks like the firmware was not fully uploaded to the Elite Controller.

    Can you go to the Device Manager and check if the controller is recognized?

    Another solution would be to check with someone having an Xbox One if the controller is recognized on his/her console with an USB cable.

    You must sign the other controller in with a guest in order to make the game recognize the controller. Basically be signed in with two people on the Xbox one.

    Have you by any chance attempted to connect the controller directly to the PC through a wired connection?

    As well, you have mentioned that the controller that came with the Xbox One console is recognized on the PC, but that the elite controller is not recognized at all on the PC. This same elite controller, does it have any issues with connecting to the Xbox
    One console?
