Xbox One controller not connecting to Windows 10 PC

    Xbox One controller not connecting to Windows 10 PC


    Help! My Xbox One controller isn't connecting to my PC. I'm on Windows 10 and have tried wireless and via USB. None of which work. It worked before (about 3 months ago) but now whenever I plug it in, it vibrates, the light flashes a couple time but it never
    connects.

    - I've tried with multiple different remotes

    - I've tried different cords

    - I've restarted my computer

    - I've updated my computer

    - I've updated my firmware

    I've done anything I can think to do and it's still not working. Please let me know if you think you have a solution.
