    i have resetted my pc, tried 2 other cables, checked for windows updates and still it won't be detected by my pc, i believe the usb is fine since when i take out the batteries it still powers on, but it cant be detected on windows at all

    1. Make sure that your controller is fully charged or has fresh batteries.
    2. Try connecting your controller to a different USB port on your PC.
    3. Check if your controller is recognized in Device Manager. To do this, press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager. Look for the Xbox controller under the "Human Interface Devices" or "Xbox Peripherals" section. If it's not there, try connecting the controller to a different PC to see if it's a hardware issue.
    4. Try updating the controller's drivers. To do this, install or update Xbox Accessories Apps and wired connect the controller to PC. Then, install if there is an available update.
    5. Try resetting the controller. To do this, press and hold the small button on the back of the controller for 5 seconds.
    6. Lastly, connect the controller to another device like phone or console or other PC. See if issue persist.
