Xbox one controller keeps resetting when I click L3

Why do you people keep hitting L3? I think I hit it once or twice when figuring out the controls but not since.

You more then likely wore out the sensor in the controller itself from clicking the stick in to many times. very common in games where L3 is to sprint.

Try out the L3 (left stick clicked in) and X combination out. L3 + X should get you into the list of all games/apps including the ones that were hidden.
