Discus and support Xbox One Controller keeps rapidly connecting and disconnecting on windows 11 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Firmware was updated via Accessories app, don't know what else to do.     Thank you for the additional information. Have you tried to check your Bluetooth driver? It has to be up-to-date. If possible, try to reinstall your Bluetooth driver.

    Also, when did the issue start to occur?

    Hi Endruler! Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's do our best to get this sorted out.

    How did you connect your controller to your PC? Is it via wireless adapter, bluetooth, or USB cable?

    What exactly happens when it disconnects and reconnects, any error message or error code?

    To further isolate the issue, if you have an extra controller, please try it on your PC if it does the same thing or not.

    Could you try to reinstall your Bluetooth driver?

    Also, please remove any accessories or devices that are plugged in to your computer.

    You could as well perform a cleanboot to disable 3rd party services that may be causing the issue:

    i just had the same (or very similar) issue with an series x/s controller, what fixed it for me was to forget the controller from my paired bluetooth devices and re-pair it.

    EDIT: No it didn't. I thought it did, but it didn't. How do I reinstall my bluetooth driver?
