Xbox One Controller issue - Need a replacement

Hello,

I have been facing issues with my Xbox One controller (which is still under warranty). I already made a replacement order in February, the new controller I received worked fine until recently when it started to share the same issues than the first one I
got and sent back in February : USB connection problems, even with different USB cables and in various devices such as PCs and even an Xbox One.

I tried to fill up the replacement order form but it always redirects me toward the "Contact us" page (like i'm going around in circle on the Xbox support website).

What should I do to replace my controller?

The reason for asking what issues were being experienced when attempting to connect it directly to a device is to confirm if it is indeed the controller that is at fault for this process not working.

If you've determined that the controller is at fault, a suggested replacing of the controller is in order.

Very sorry to hear about the controller issue. For this specific issue, your Xbox One controller will need to be replaced. To order a replacement, go to the Xbox
Online Service Center.

i had the same issue, had a replacement shipped..... the refurbished controller has right stick drift down... unbelievable. I called support and asked to bump it to level 3. i spend 10 bucks to ship the other one back, and got a broken one in its place.
no sir. I want a controller shipped to me before i return this one. And it better be new and working. 160+ bucks for this thing, and there is known issues. Why isn't there advanced return options set up? It cost more than a kinect yet if my camera breaks i
can have them put a hold on my card and ship me a device BEFORE i ship them the defective one. I am a bit upset.
