Xbox One controller is trash and keeps randomly disconnecting

I would suggest plugging your controller into a USB C cable that is plugged into your xbox/pc as this should help with the controller power and also the connectivity of the remote.

For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

I've found a resolution for my problem. If I plug my controller into my USB switch the controller doesn't disconnect, even though the other inputs do disconnect randomly! When I swap the inputs to my PC everything works perfectly and the Xbox controller continues to work on the Xbox (weirdly).

Since you have already tried updating the controller's firmware, I would suggest checking for any updates on your console. Also, I will list below some other solutions that can help with the issue. Restart your controller

1. Power off the controller by pressing and holding the Xbox button for 6 seconds.
   
2. Press the Xbox button again to power it back on.
   

Check for a system update:

To see if there’s an update available:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
   
3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see "No console update available."
   

Reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Considering that your controller works fine with your PC, most likely it has something to do with the console. Can you try other USB ports on your console? If the issue still persist, I suggest to request for a service. I totally understand that you are having issues with the console.
