    XBOX ONE/ CONTROLLER IS NOT RECGONSING MY HEADSET 2021


    Just brought a Recon70 turtle beach headset brand new, followed and completed all steps needed but when i go into a party its saying no devices found/ connected? theres a microphone with a slash in the top right corner of the screen. its really annoying i hope someone can come up with a solution because i cant seem to do anything to sort it!!!

    also when i press the xbox home button and i go to audio and music it is grey

    I’ve been looking for the proper controller on the microsoft store and have not found a controller that supports my headset, was this port discontinued and i have to purchase a new headset and controller?

    • Try your Headset with another device, such as a laptop, to see if the headset is working.
    • Try using a Headset Adapter for compatibility issues.
    • Try your Headset on another controller, if you can. If the headset works on the second controller, try
      updating the first controlleragain.

    What type of headset is it? Some require additional updates directly from the manufacturers site, My headset required a whole app. Also I would make sure it's compatible with the Xbox one too.
