The Xbox one controller is called a wired connection, but it doesn't work. What should I do? (I am a Korean.)

When you plug usb into the controller, it vibrates, but that's it.

Can you try with a different USB cable? Also, once you connect controller to your PC for the first time, you should be prompted for installing device drivers.

If you open device manager on your PC do you see "Microsoft Xbox One Controller" listed there? To check this, press Windows Key on your Windows 10 PC, and start typing "Device Manager". In the search results click on "Device Manager" to open device manager.

Find controller there, under Sound, video and game controllers, and right click and select Update driver. Follow the steps to update the driver.r

Windows Updated and downloaded controller driver, but it's the same...

You will need to try re-installing the drivers but first I recommend making sure your Windows 10 system is updated.

Then try restarting your PC in a clean booted state and try re-connecting the controller.
