Hallo,

Seit kurzem frieren meine Controller beim

Benutzen ein. OnlineSpiele laufen weiter, habe aber keinen Zugriff mehr. Ein und ausschalten des Controllers führt zu keiner Änderung. Kann nur die Konsole neu starten. Dann hab ich den Fehler jedoch wieder. Hab die Controller auch schon mit dem Kabel verbunden.
Hard reset der Xbox bringt leider auch nichts.

Hat evtl. Jemand einen Tipp?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. You may wish to troubleshoot your controllers using our Xbox One Wireless
Controller Solution to see if the solutions available can get your controller issue sorted out. It is possible that they require a

firmware update to the controllers, as non-updated controllers seem to act strangely.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hey Pain, welcome to Xbox 360, but very sorry to hear about the issues! Have you had a chance to try this
official screen freeze guide yet? If that doesn't do the trick, and if BF3 is the only game you're having issues with, I highly recommend exchanging the game for a new copy. Please let me know how it goes!
