Xbox one Controller Elite Series 2 problems with A frontal botton

Just tried my brand new controller, it looks awesome except for the frontal A botton that skips some inputs, it looks like doesn't register some of them. It's new, used few times. Serial number

Thanks for reaching out to the Forum for advice on how to deal with the situation presented. I can totally understand how this could be pretty hindering to the whole gaming experience. If your controller is acting weird, I would start troubleshooting by
following the steps outlined in the Xbox One Wireless Controller Solution. If that does not work, and your controller is in warranty,
I would contact customer support to set up a replacement order.

This might be a glitch with the Xbox app! I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
