    Xbox one controller electrical buzzing noise


    Just bought a xbox one controller with wireless adapter and used it with my pc for 2 hours, then i connected a usb cable and noticed a kind of electrical buzzing or humming noise. If the controller is wirelessly connected then i can only hear the noise
    if i put the controler to my ear but if i plug in the cable i can notice it from a distance. Is this normal?

    Hmm, maybe something wrong with the day one controllers, mine seems to be getting louder, I called xbox support and they are sending out a new day one controller. Hopefully that one doesn't make any electrical buzzing noise.

    My day one controller makes kind of a weird buzzy noise. Its not loud though and I wouldn't consider it a problem, at least with my particular controller. Could just be the way they're designed/put together

    I think those red flashing lights are so that the Kinect can identify the controllers.

    In dead rising you have to sort of shake the controller when cought by zombies i'm assuming the Kinect sees you shake the controller and the red lights help the Kinect see the controller
