Xbox one controller dpad not working properly under my gameftag!!

Its possible that the dpad buttons may have been re-mapped for the account in question, you can launch the xbox accessories app on the console and find the controller that is having the issue under there. From there click configure and there will be options
to change what inputs buttons are mapped to. Just a suggestion / thought, hope it helps.
