    Xbox ONE controller connect to windows 10


    I bought a wireless Xbox One controller. For both the controller and my computer (Windows 10) has the latest updates. I can not connect the device with bluetooth.

    I followed the instructions on their site, but the win10 does’t show the available controller.

    I asked help from Microsoft and I got this answer:

    Unfortunately the problem didn’t resolve I can’t connect the controller to my computer.

    I would ask for help. Can anyone help me?

    controller work when it is connected to your PC through the USB port? Also, if you haven't already done so, may I suggest double checking "How
