    Xbox one controller check up


    I recently requested for a replacement controller and got a service request number from Microsoft. It asked me if I would accept the offer and I replied twice to the email. I havent heard anything back from Microsoft about the controller. If they received
    the reaponse of me accepting the offer or not. Ive tried going through the xbox support forum but no place to check up on my controller.

    Three Xboxone Controllers in three months is this a malediction or?

    With every controller that messes up whether it be a simple Xbox controller or even an Xbox Elite controller, check the warranty before purchasing a new one.

    A few more notes:

    - Checked my controller firmware - both are up-to-date (launched update controller to double check)

    - Powered down Xbox One - held power button for 8 seconds

    - Rebooted laptop

    Still same issue with controller input being passed to the app in addition to Xbox App.
