Xbox One Controller buttons don't response after being inactive for about 10 mins

Hey I use a Xbox One Controller (the one with bluetooth).... I use it on my pc running windows 10 with a 3rd party bluetooth dongle.... so the problem is whenever I go afk or don't press any buttons on my controller for like 10-15 minutes it turns off itself, I know it's normal but after this when I turn it on again and connect via bluetooth the controller connects but doesn't respond.... I tried pressing every single button none of them work except the xbox button, it only open the xbox game bar.... So if I want to use my controller again I have to restart my pc every single time! this is so annoying! is there any solution to this?

This is really weird, try updating the controller through the Xbox Accessories App, if the problem persists use your control's warranty.

Xbox controllers do not support audio via Bluetooth.

As for your other connection issues, perhaps it is the fault of the 3rd party Bluetooth dongle. Have you contacted their support to see if it was an issue on their end? Perhaps if we knew the make and model of the dongle, we might be of some assistance.

Hello , it's strange that it shut siphone down and you can not turn it back on, I believe it is because windows disables something in the Bluetooth connection, try to check if your Windows has the latest version installed at 21H1 and do all the security updates of the version and also the Xbox App.

However as it uses the control on the PC may have a little tip for me it does not turn off while playing.
Connect the controller normally and set Spotfy to run in the background with the headset connected to the controller, leave the music volume to a minimum and the controller will no longer turn off.

well my Windows is the latest version (21H1) I just checked, and there are no security updates available and also the xbox app is upto date...

and there comes another issue, If I use my controller VIA Bluetooth on my pc, the audio port doesn't work... it doesn't show up on sound settings..... but when I plug in VIA USB cable it works just fine
