Xbox One controller broken by Windows Anniversary Update

Not sure if it will work for you guys, but I had very similar issues as well with my Xbox One Wireless Adapter. I was able to fix my issue by switching my Wireless Adapter from a USB 3.1 to a USB 2.0 slot in the back of my computer. Since then, I have had
no issues (other than the still uncorrected Input lag that hits after so much time).

 

Any Solution??? im recently join this club with the same problems

From my experience, Xbone S controller bluetooth problems have been solved in the latest Win10 updates. Only one problem remains at this time: the issue where the controller will initially keep disconnecting. And, indeed, I confirm this can be resolved once
and for all by repairing. Make sure your OS and firmware are up-to-date and you're good to go. Hope that answers the thread.

 

i cant connect to pc my one S controller with bluetooth because need password.... i have 2.0 bluetooth dongle. any solution? please

Just picked up the new XB1S bluetooth controller, updated FW with the accessories app (ver. 3.1.1215.0). Playing Witcher 3 and all seems fine for around 15 minutes, then controller suddenly stops responding during dialog choices. I have to quit the game
(using key/mouse) and then the controller re-connects and seems ok.

 

Having the same problem, updated bluetooth drivers, controller firmware and all latest windows 10 updates. Everything works for a few minutes in Overwatch or Eagle Flight of example then suddenly everything starts responding very slowly or not at all.

 

My Xbox elite controller just stopped working yesterday on a recently purchased laptop but already had the anniversary update on it so I can't roll back to the previous version of Windows 10.

I've noticed now that in the device and printer section of the Control Panel I've got a Xbox 360 controller for Windows entry which isn't present on another version of Windows 10 install on my desktop PC so this laptop now has two entries the elite controller
and the Xbox 360 controller in Control Panel.If I disabled the Xbox 360 controller entry I get functionality on the elite controller but on a restart Windows the 360 controller reappears in Control Panel and in device manager.

Strange thing that for a week since I've had this new laptop everything was working fine in, now steam doesn't recognise the elite controller and windows hasn't done an update so how's this happened?

 

After the last W10 update (1703) my Xbox controller don't work.

Primarily I use the controller with the Occulus Rift.

Don´t work with wifi and don´t work connected to a USB port.

Any thoughts? Thanks

 

my left bumper is not working anymore and I take great care of my gear. I had many xbox's and tge xbox one controller us cheaply made

 

i recently purchased a Hyperkin x91 controller and after i plugged it in and got into a games camera it turns left to infinity without end, without even touching the analog sticks it does it in game jolt games and in fps games and
i cannot fix it because there's no way to update firmware nor other things.

has anyone else had this problem? or am i but one who speaks for all to hear but resonates not, and falleth upon deaf ears?

 

Playing the division on PC , its the only game that for some reason my controller disconnects from. Maybe its just Xbox controllers in general?

it never happened while i played Xbox before i started using it as a PC controller
