    Hi,

    I have a custom designed controller bought from microsoft directly. Now the bumper of the controller broke within 2 months of receiving the controller. Now when I apply for warranty it states that its not a guarantee that they will repair my controller even. It stated they might exchange it for any other refurbished controller no matter color or design. How is this the service I get after dropping an extra 30 euro to choose the colors of the controller. They might as well send me a replacement bumper part.

    Please help me with this.
