Xbox One Controller Bricked after Update Error

Hi. I turned on my Xbox and when I turned on my control; the console notified me about an update of the control to which I proceeded to install, after a while it remained at 46% of the update; then I decided to reconnect my control to try again, the control
only turns on but does absolutely nothing, the Xbox button light only blinks and I can not pair it or anything. My Controller is an original one, with headphones jack and without Bluetooth. Is therea way to fix it? Because i have seen a lot of people having
this issue.

I have already tried the troubleshoot. Nothing works sadly. Also my Controller is out of warranty and im not even from US. So i wanted to look for any fix available.

Hi, not sure this will work for you but remove the batteries/battery pack, connect the controller to your Xbox using the USB charging cable. Press and hold the Xbox button and the menu button on the controller for 10 seconds. Then see if you controller
recovers. If not then do the same process but just keep pressing and holding the Xbox button on the controller a few times.
