Xbox One Controller Battery Status on PC?

I believe this is only possible when you are using official rechargeable batteries. You can see the remaining battery life in the Xbox Accessories app and also in the Steam Big Picture feature when going to settings and controller settings.

Does official rechargeable batteries exist? On Amazon italy I can find only 3rd party battery pack.

Btw, I'm pretty sure on X360 controller you can always see battery life, even with AA batteries.

There is a first party rechargeable battery pack called the Play and Charge Kit that comes with one rechargeable battery and a long charging cable. Here is the official page for it:

Its unfortunate, but the console is plagued with problems and people complaining.

So for all us 360 players, it seems our 360 forum area is overrun about Xbox One issues.
