Xbox One Controller Annoying Beep on certain rumbles

Hi there,

Both the controllers I got with the Xbox One X deal from Tesco Direct make this annoying beep sound on certain rumbles. You can see an example of YouTube on a video called "".

It doesn't happen with every rumble - just certain ones seem to trigger it. Shooting and tackling on PES2018 for example. If I turn off vibration it doesn't do it.

I'm within 30 days of purchase. I will try to return the controller with Tesco (it came in a separate box) but what about the one that came with the Xbox One X? How can I get that one replaced?

Controller Rumble Makes Humming Noise

I think that the sound of the rumble is normal, but still annoying.

 

Afterglow Controller drags right stick when it rumbles?

For some reason, when my AfterGlow controller rumbles, it moves my right stuck down, and its really annoying. I don't like turning the rumble feature off, so I'm hoping someone could help me.

You could try speaking with Tesco to see what options they can offer to resolve your problem. If this does not work you should be able to arrange to send your controller for servicing using
this link.

Please however be aware that replacing or servicing your controller may possibly not resolve your problem, I have found my controller is much quieter when I just touch (not press) the LT & RT buttons whilst playing games.
