Xbox One Controller and Headset Adapter

Good Morning All,

So I was playing StarWars last night and I sometimes use my headset and sometimes I don't. Here is the situation. I have an "Afterglow" headset that I use with the MS Headset adapter, and all last night my controller kept disconnecting and my sound would
cut out. The moment I take the adapter off my controller it stays connected fine.

I looked to see if there were any updates and nothing. Controller is at full charge. And I also tried brand new regular batteries.

Any suggestions. I can provide whatever info that is needed that I missed.

How do we update the controller? NO USB Cable comes with Xbox One.

About updating controller, To use the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter with your Xbox One Console, you’ll need to update your Xbox One Controller with the latest software to support the Adapter.

So Titanfall controller update is done by over air, no cable, (February update) and Stereo Headset Adapter controller update you need an cable, which comes with the adapter (March update).

Fixed this myself. Although I don't think its going to last. I just unplugged my Xbox for a few mins and then it worked fine again. Played for a few hours last night. No issues like I was having....
