XBox One Controller am PC nicht als XBox Controller erkannt und nicht migriert [Translation...

Guten Tag,

ich habe mir vor kurzem einen XBox One Controller bestellt, um unter anderem Madden19 auf meinem PC einfacher spielen zu können. Ich habe ihn dann per USB Kabel mit meinem PC verbunden und er wurde auch erkannt (die XBox Taste hat aufgehört zu blinken).
Als ich dann aber Madden startete konnte ich den Controller kaum verwenden, da die Tastenbelegung einfach nicht stimmte (B war A und A wurde gar nicht erst erkannt). Also habe ich mir die XBox Zubehör App geholt. Allerdings wurde dort gar kein XBox Controller
erkannt.

Danach habe ich es mal per Bluetooth, über einen Bluetooth Adapter (von DelayCon mit der BluSoleil Software) probiert. Auch da hat er sich verbunden, allerdings war die Tastenbelegung wieder falsch und auch die Zubehör App erkannte ihn nicht.

Ich suchte im Internet nach Lösungen und fand heraus, dass man mal im Geräte-Manager schauen sollte. Dort wurde der Controller lediglich als "Bluetooth HID Device" und als HID-konformer Gamecontroller" aufgelistet. Daraufhin habe ich an beiden stellen den
Xbox One Controller Treiber installiert, welcher nach dem erforderlichen Neustart allerdings wieder weg war. In den Ereignissen beider steht, dass der Controller nicht migriert werden kann. Auch nach mehrmaligem deaktivieren und reaktivieren und deinstallieren
und neu anschließen kam immer wieder, dass der Controller nicht migriert werden kann:
