Xbox One controller almost burned my house down

@BENMAN4411 I'm sorry to hear about your loss and I hope that you were able to sort things out with the insurance company. Unfortunatley, as was said, this isn't something we're able to grant.

The best thing to do is talk to your insurance company, honestly an Xbox live gold membership should be the least of your worries since that can be replaced at anytime

hey ot rotten I guess ur right bout that because now don't just ban me for nothing I thnk Microsoft doesn't even bother to look into the problem like this kid cant say his real name but I know who it is he hacked me and disconnected me from live for a whole
night I checked my internet and router to make sure that they where plugged in and they were all running perfectly and today this kid is disconnecting my internet again and I know he is he sent a message saying all my accounts from all games and emails and
my ip to me and he can turn off our internet when ever he wants now just saying his name once Microsoft ban this kid by the name of lochland ross he is a hacker he bribed us for points saying if we don't get them by Thursday he going to come to our houses
and kill our familys and us and hack into our ip and steal money to buy them him self so Microsoft please instead of sitting around eating pizza and being lazy please help don't tell me to check my internet provider they already said they cant do nothing ive
checked my connection is good and people can hack so don't say they cant if they cant explain how my internet got shutoff for a whole 2 days
