    i connected my xbox one controlla to a differnt xbox yesterday and now it wont connect back to the original, i have tried differt usb leads which isnt working and my conect buttem on my xbox doesnt work, is there an option on the app to click the reconect
    buttem on the xbox through the app?

    Hello reneSophia,

    If this control was previously connected to the console, but is no longer able to respond, the connection process must be repeated with the console connection button.

    Also, confirm that the batteries of the control are charged, this usually causes problems with the connection.

    If it still does not connect, reset your console, since it might be a bug on it.
