Xbox One control does not turn on

Hello! I have a problem, my Xbox one wireless controller no longer lights up in this way, I can use the remote control if I connect it to the PC via a USB cable, but I can not use it wirelessly since it does not turn on. Probe new batteries and it does
not work either, the remote control is completely updated. I hope you can help me.

If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps click Replace your controller
to check your warranty and initiate an exchange.

If the controller was updated incompletely, it might be that the firmware of the controller became corrupted, and the only way to resolve that is to send in the controller for replacement.

Or if you have a Xbox One console as well, you can go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and select your Xbox One console (register the Xbox One if necessary). Then choose that you have trouble with an accessory, select the appropriate Xbox controller model, and provide the serial number from the battery
compartment.

If you don't have a Xbox One console, your only way is to contact the official support.
