    Xbox One console will not power up the disney 3.0 infinity base from (tried all 3 usb ports)


    Tried all three ports;

    Changed the power settings; and

    Tried two different Disney Infinity 3.0 bases.

    Not recognizing or powering up the base...

    Yes, it just has to be the same system.

    I bought Disney 2.0 base and it works fine with the digital download of 3.0.

    The reason 3.0 is available digitally and 2.0 wasn't

    xbox 360 - can't connect Disney Infinity game pad

    We just purchased an xbox 360 for our kids for Christmas, and my mom purchased Disney Infinity 3.0 for them. The console works great for playing games from discs. However, we cannot get the Disney Infinity game pad to connect to the console. We have tried
    all four USB ports in the console. We also borrowed a working pad from my brother and could not get that to connect to the console. When I plugged my phone into the USB port, however, it started charging, so it appears as though the ports work. The game disc
    works in our console, but we are only given the option of one player with Anniken as the only option. Nothing on the pad lights up when it is plugged into the console. Thanks!

    What happens when you plug a controller into one of the USB ports without a battery in it? If it powers up then it sounds like it could be something to do with the infinity Base or USB lead.

    Secondly is it an Xbox One Base as it looks like the one from the 360 will not work on the Xbox One.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything and let it sit for 5 minutes?

    That should fix the issue for you.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything and let it sit for 5 minutes?

    That should fix the issue for you.
