    Xbox One Console is disconnecting controllers


    Hi, my xbox has started disconnecting controllers the past month, if i hold the conyroller a xertain way, it disconnects, if i put it down it disconnects, if i pick it ip it disconnects, im not able to play games because it happens every 2 minutes, where
    im probably now the moat killed boy on warzone for falling to his death as i cant pull my parachute when the controller decides to switch off, i think this is an xbox problem please please dont anyone say check the f***in batteries as ive been through a whole
    new pack aswell as now owning a venom rechargeable station,using the the packs in my controllers

    Now i have borrowed a new xbox one scuff controller which I've just paired to the xbox this morning and guess what, it comes up the same message , so all i need to know is if someone has come accross the problem before or if i need to send this away to be
    fixed, thanks

    Issue with controller disconnecting from console, and console disconnecting from the internet

    It sounds like 2 separate issues, One being the controller disconnects, and the other being the console disconnecting.

    Are you able to plug your console into router with an Ethernet cable?

    Hello Sintia viviane,

    When you say "I tried to connect the control through the USB cable for 10 minutes on the console", does that mean you were able to perform the steps outlined in "Connect
    a wireless Xbox One controller to your console    " ? If so, you may need to follow up with "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect"

    Controllers won't stay connected - Xbox Series X

    Updates:

    Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

    Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

    Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.
