XBOX ONE Console Ban without warning

My Xbox one is banned permanently after an update got interrupted. There is no prior record of suspensions, warnings or anything like that. All accounts on the console have a perfect score. There is no modification on the console,
there is no bad and egregious behavior online by us and yet the console is banned. This console costs a lot of money to people who buy it, and then there is a ban like a monarchy system where no one gets a say in it? Where is the due process people? Why is
the enforcement team hiding in the dark with no contact information available? Is it not possible at all that someone from the enforcement team made a mistake and put his ban on? Are they human to make errors? Why not give us a chance to open a line of communication
to see what went wrong and where? this permanent ban is handed out like a ruling with no one else having a say in this. not even the people who spend their savings to afford to buy the console. This is one of the most "Dictatorship-like" behavior I've witnessed
in north america in the 21st century! absolutely unbelievable!

I received a Console ban without warning

Hello! Recently I received a console ban on my Xbox one. There was no warning or email, if it weren't for the Xbox support team I would not have come to this realization. I received the ban in the middle of a game I was playing it exited me out with the
usual "Your recent behavior..." I was concerned by this, so I contacted the Xbox team a week later. They informed me on the ban. I was surprised as I had no reason to get banned, so being banned was insane. I wish to have more light shined on this topic. Specifically
how I was banned.

bans.

 

If a ban like that occurs its usually because the console is modded or has participated in modded console or modded online activity.

 

As it was interrupted during an update it is possible your console is not banned.

I have seen this a couple of times before where the same thing happened & the user got the message their console was banned when it wasn't.
