    xbox one console/account been hacked


    I really hope someone can help. I was playing gta 5 online last night with three people I don't know them one of them sent me a message saying hes doing a glitch then telling me instruction on how to get back online so I quit the game then it wouldn't let
    me on xbox home screen so I factory reset my console. now everytime I quit a game it wont load up my home screen I have to turn xbox of then back on. ive not tried gta game yet as I game share an had to remove my brothers account. I really hope my details
    are safe.

    Xbox console banned

    so my xbox one is banned because they think i stole an account: my friends account has been hacked and it was on my xbox. They banned a wrong console and we can verify that because my friend contacted them. How do i unban it, its a wrong console.

    this error comes up when your account has been recovered on a different xbox 360 console. sadly, this means someone else has hacked your account.

    thank you. I'm not sure if its a hack towards my Microsoft account or my xbox one console. I thought my stuff with Microsoft would be safe.

    you have a generous amount of switches per year, you get 5, you have probably been gamesharing with some and one of those logged into your account and used the final switch again. nev3er leave accounts on other people consoles or share accounts.

    the xbox console cannot be hacked, your account cannot really be hacked, your account can be compromised if someone knows your details.

    it is not a second hand system and only one account is on the console.

    Game sharing is not on. I’m the only one using the account.

    Maybe it has been hacked.. or is this normal if the game is sitting on standby?

    Accounts get "hacked" all the time, its truely not hacked , but the user has been fished for information probably lured by some message about free xbox stuff or games or even cheats. No one has ever hacked into the accounts held by Micro Soft.
