Got it. Let's start with the basics.

Turn off both controllers and remove the batteries, leave for a few minutes.

On your console, PRESS and HOLD your console's power button until it turns off, remove the power cord and leave it for a few minutes.

After about 2 minutes, plug the power cord into your console and turn on the console with one of the controllers, then turn on the other and see if this behavior repeats.

These commands will clear your system cache.

Let me know if the problem persists.

Please do another hard reset but this time...while the console is off.

Unplug both the power cable from the xbox one and also from the wall for at least 5-10 minutes.

Just let it sit....after 10 minutes, gently plug the power cord directly into the wall (not into a power strip or surge protector) and then plug the cord into the back of the xbox one.

Turn it on and comment back with thee results.

Press and hold the Xbox One power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds then unplug the power cord at the back and leave it switched off for 5 minutes. Then plug the power cord back in and turn the console on. This should fix the issues

The Xbox One S and Xbox One X have an internal power supply that works in all regions worldwide. If your console won't turn on, it may simply need a power reset. Often, power
 issues are due to the power supply resetting after a power surge.

Have you tried to do the "Internal Power Reset"?

1. Unplug the power cord from the console

2. Wait 10 seconds

3. Plug the cord back in and try to turn on the console.

When did you buy this new Xbox One? If it's fairly new, and doesn't turn on, then exchange it at the store you purchased it at because it should be under warranty.

In regards to the orange light on the power brick, I would suggest making sure the console is off, then unplugging the power cord from the wall and the console itself. After that, wait a couple minutes before plugging everything back in, and then try turning
it on again. Also, try plugging the power cord directly into a wall outlet (not a power bar / surge protector)

If the console doesn't turn on, and the light is still orange on the power brick, then chances are it needs to be serviced.
