: Xbox one connects to internet but no multiplayer

I have seen you reply to this same scenario multiple people have it is not our internet service providers

No problems on isp end. Laptop still working fine so is all my other devices

I am having this same problem. I am connected to internet but unable to play call of duty, or any multiplayer game. I am given a message that says "unable to connect to online services"

If you haven't already, go ahead and create a new thread with a detailed description of your situation. Be sure to include any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far, so that people trying to help can have a better understanding of the situation.

It is always preferable to have your console to connect with a network cable when performing a system update. I would recommend that you wire your console instead of wireless.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having download issues. We recommend to reach out to your ISP. Usually when there is no download, there is an issue with the service in my own experiences. Like a temporary outage, or working on
