    Xbox One Connected to Internet but Cannot Play Live
    Well, I bought a new xbox and having the same issues. I am just absolutely stunned. My Xbox 360, which is sitting right next to the new Xbox, plugged right in and started working with live. Is there something different between the Xbox one and Xbox 360
    to cause one to work and not the other?

    Try soft resetting the xbox one if that doesnt work then try hard reseting the xbox, and the main reason why you arent able to play online is because you have no upload speed.

    I plugged in my xbox 360 and was able to play online. I am guessing that this means it is a defunct Xbox one?
