Xbox one completely unresponsive please help

So apparantly there was an outage over the weekend regarding digital games. Every time i tried to start a game I would get an error message. I made a post yesterday and i was told to do a hard reset which i have tried. I have tried resetting my xbox to
factory settings and now am in the process of resetting it again but deleting all the games because it was at the point where i couldnt even load up a sign in screen or open my settings. I figured maybe if i redownload them it may work then. But now im at
the sign in part of setting of my xbox and it wont let me sign into my account. It keeps telling me there is a problem with my account to login online then come back to sign in. When i get on the site though it shows there are no problems. Ive never seen anything
like this before with any game system ive ever owned.

Is your account an adult account or was there another account before the reset? What you write to me makes me think of a blockage following the use of a minor child account

Also I forgotten to mention ive uninstalled and reinstalled all my games and still nothing has helped

This is a known issue an update was released today for us to test on the preview hopefully it will be released soon to everyone

Could you help me please? The option doesn't disappear, rather it's just unresponsive.

Oh, that makes sense. I can't believe I didn't think about that. Is the inside of the Xbox like a computer? If so, I might be able to apply new thermal paste myself. The only issue is that I don't know a good brand for thermal paste. Do you know one? And for dust and dirt, I have a blow dryer. If it is not similar to the inside of a computer, yes I will go find a technician to try to fix it.
