XBox One Communication Enforcement Ended ... but Account not reset back to allow communications

There was a Communication enforcement action against my account. The time period expired and I understood when that time passed that my account account features would be automatically reset. They have not been. I have tried to reset in Privacy Setting
and it will not allow me. Am I missing something?

Entire Xbox one is combanned

I was issued a multiplayer and communication ban on 7/31, that ended on 8/14. I can play multiplayer but apparently my com banned was extended to November 8th, which is fine I should not have said what I said. But my problem is my entire Xbox one is communication
banned, I can't talk in party's or send messages on any account on my Xbox. I have hard reset my xbox multiple times, remove the account that was communication banned, made a brand new account, and factory reset my Xbox and none of it worked. Is this part
of my suspension or a bug/glitch?

Communication ban

Hi, I got communication banned awhile back and currently still am. I went and checked the enforcement and the ban ended already but I still can not communicate.

Please check at http://enforcement.xbox.com to make sure that the ban has not been extended, if that fails, contact support and see if they can check for a temporary device privilages suspension (this can happen
if you were using a a secondary account, an "alt" to play)

Then, remove the profile from your console, give it a power cycle, and re add it.

Support is located at support.xbox.com/contact-us however they have nothing to do with enforcement. They may be able to tell you if there is a ban on the account that isn't appearing on the website. But that would be it.

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat.
