    Ive been a xbox fan since they first came out and now I can't download or go to the Xbox store cuz it keep telling me page could not load try again code ox00000007 cv:vloshuqmhuiis4wb how do I fix this I tried everything thing if this keeps happening
    imma switch to PlayStation and get rid of all my games and Xbox stuff

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability load a game through the Microsoft store.

    There is currently an active service alert that is causing the Microsoft store to not work effectively, but you can select
    the notify me option on the alert to get notified when the store is back up and running.

    unfortunately that is the first place I went to look for help and when I enter in the code it says "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x00000007"."

    I have the same issue I've tried everything to get red dead redemption 2 but 8 cant download anything from the store without that same issue happening.
