    Hi,

    my daughter plays COD WW2 on my xbox one and has finished most of the campaign using a profile she only uses on my box.

    I’ve now given her the game disc to use on her own xbox one which works fine from scratch using her own profile. However when she logs in with the profile she uses on my box, looking to use her saved game progess, she can see the progress but when she picks one section to play from it simply won’t load and returns to the main screen and reports an error code that I cant search successfully for - 477 eng_hurtgen - 1538399177 4

    I have not tested other games and I have confirmed her gold subs are up to date.

    anyone experienced similar? Can you play in the way we are trying?

    I have talked to a couple of other people about the COD WW2 game not showing up under enhanced games. From what I understand it is a glitch and the game has been patched. My COD WW2 isn't showing up under enhanced games also.

    Cod sucks...... Only good cods were the ww2 ones, don't bag a fellow bad company 2 player. Go play the call of the squeaker ghosts
