    Xbox One cloud access errors?


    On my Xbox One, the OneDrive appears empty when I open the Xbox One App, my saves for Battlefield 4 are gone, and LEGO: Marvel Superheroes crashes to the dashboard shortly after I press the "Press any key on the Xbox One Wireless Controller" prompt, Peggle
    2 will not progress past the "Press Start" prompt, Assassin's Creed 4 notifies me of new content every time I start it up (the same content repeatedly) and recycles back to the press "A" prompt after it appears to fail "Syncing Cloud Saves".

    I have not seen an error code to report, but I have tried completely powering down the system (15 second power cycle), and disconnected the power cable and waited 2 hours. I have also attempted to delete a game and download again to see if that would resolve
    the issue which it has not. It has been happening for at least two days or more.

    How do I resolve this issue?

    Do you use your account on more than one Xbox one? Does it say couldn't sync to cloud or does it say couldn't access cloud?

    I have also removed my account from the Xbox, and then added it back, and it did not resolve the issue.

    Minecraft world failed to sync data

    Hello Edenquartz,

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns the cloud saved data for Minecraft not syncing properly.

    If you have played the same world that you're trying to access on another console, you could launch Minecraft and the cloud save would overwrite the current save therefore restoring the world.

    Unfortunately, if you have not accessed this world on another console, then the world would not be recoverable.

    We do advise to review our syncing Xbox One game saves to the cloud error messages support article for
    information on cloud sync errors.

    I am also getting this error. No matter what I try (deleting profiles, installing or uninstalling the game etc) I cannot play on my profile. I can however start a new game on a different profile and that works perfectly. Anyone found a fix for this?
    Hi, also had this issue. Is an issue with the cloud save game. For some reason and let me know if there is a way to do it, xbox one does not give you access to cloud storage hard drive. I got old my old xbox 360, logged into to xbox live and went to settings.
    storage and accessed the cloud storage for might and magic. was a 40k size file and deleted it. Logged out back in with xbox one. It stated it couldnt find save file and created a new one and now it works. so unless someone knows how to access cloud storage
    on xbox one this is the only solution Ive found.
