Xbox One Clips Say They're Uploading but Nothing Uploads

I'm having issues with my Game clips uploading to the Xbox Network. I take clips a lot, so I'm pretty familiar with how it all works, but I've tried everything I can think of at this point. I will take a clip, it will say that the clip is uploading, and even gives a notification saying it's finished uploading, but then I go to the app to see it and it's not there. When I go back to the Xbox it doesn't show that it's been uploaded, just gives the option to upload again. It does it with all of my games, so I know it's not that. I'm only up to 88% Network storage capacity, so I don't believe it's that either. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted both the Xbox and my phone, none of it seems to make a difference. It does give the option to upload to OneDrive but I want it on the app. I use an Xbox One Slim, not that I think it makes a difference. The only things I can think of is maybe Xbox lives Network is having issues, and maybe it's not just me? Or perhaps there's something I'm not thinking of. Any advice guys? I would really appreciate it

I'm shella and would be glad to help you out.

Apologies for the issue, please note that there have been several reports regarding the same issue since yesterday but since there hasn't been an official announcement from Microsoft as regards this issue, you can try the following troubleshooting steps.

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.
3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

Hey there, perhaps the clips not showing have not been uploaded to Xbox Live.

Do that to see if they're uploaded.

People are being banned for uploading video clips that they are swearing in on the Xbox One. Still a bit much IMO, but they're not just randomly banning people because they're swearing in online matches.

I notice I have this issue if I have clips uploading at the same time I'm trying to clip. Try clipping one at a time, with nothing in the upload que.
