Xbox one clips missing

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that some of your clips are not appearing in your galleries. Are you most recent clips being saved to your console and Xbox Live? You can try

power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. We recommend

removing the account from the console and downloading it back. Once a clip is removed from Xbox Live and your console, it will not be able to be recovered. Be sure to let us know the results!

I don't understand what you mean? I thought once you created a certain amount of game clips, the xbox one system automatically deletes them to create new space for your new clips. I know for certain that their are clips missing one in particular. Im just
wondering if I can get them back or figure out where they went.

After hard resetting my xbox one (holding down the power button on the console for 10 seconds) and rebooting, I am able to record clips again. The clips I had previously recorded remain lost, though.

And, just in case anyone else runs into this, I was not able to see the clips in Smartglass, either (and still can't see the missing clips), and I was set to Appear Online.

I know how to see and edit my clips but they have all dissapeared apart from my very recent ones, and three from 95 days ago... there are over 80 clips missing
