Xbox one chat problema

Desde hace algunas actualizaciones existe un problema con los mensajes de texto para ciertos usuarios.

Existen modos para solucionarlo, algunos solo tienen que reiniciar la consola a modo de fabrica, otros con solo actualizarla.

Te recomiendo tratar quitar tu perfil, despues volver agregarlo. Si eso no funciona, entonces prueba reiniciando la consola a modo de fábrica.

Nota: al reiniciarla a modo de fabrica tendras que instalar tus juegos y apps de nuevo.
