Te recomiendo tratar quitar tu perfil, despues volver agregarlo.

[Translation-Since some updates there has been a problem with texting for certain users.

There are ways to fix this, some just restart the console as a factory, others just by updating it.

I recommend trying to remove your profile, then add it again. If that doesn't work, then try restarting the console as a factory.

Note: Restarting it as a factory will require you to install your games and apps again.

    Greetings and see you live!]

Currently you are seeing more cases of that problem, but do not panic, you can see if your console does not need update or delete your profile and download it again, if this does not solve it hopefully
in a future update is solved. Greetings.

[Translation-Right now xbox is having problems with messages, if you get notifications or new messages that are actually old don't alarm you just wait a little, even conversations that come out like "deleted" but that were not before, they should
go back to normality in a few days.]
