Xbox One Capture Category Issue!

    Xbox One Capture Category Issue!


    Okay I'm not sure if anybody else has a similar problem to this or not. But for these past few days, I've been recording in-game clips and I do not see them at all or even know how to access them anymore. When you open your Xbox profile, you will see 4
    categories, "Welcome", "Social", "Gaming" and "Captures". However for some reason the "Capture" category is not showing up anymore and it's making me frustrated because I'm having a problem yet again with Microsoft & Xbox and all those recorded clips are probably
    gone! Can anybody assist me with answers on this?

    If everything else records perfectly, I must agree that this isn't an issue on Xbox. It's possible that Rockstar may have blocked the ability to record their game audio. You may want to reach out to them regarding this issue here:

    Have you also tried lowering your capture resolution if it allows you to record its audio?

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings.
    Select Preferences > Capture & share, then choose one of the options listed under Game clip resolution.

    Hi there!

    Is the account you are posting with the account that is having the issue? When you checked your profile on Xbox.com we are not seeing any content what so ever.

    If this is not the account then please post back on this thread with the account that took the captures.

    If it is the account can you send us a video of what happens when you try and record a clip?

    Post back and let us know!

    Issue with capturing on xbox one.

    I would double check your available storage. They have also had an error that has occurred once in awhile that makes it so your system cannot record clips.
