Xbox One can't sign in while trying to setup console

Hi! You can't transfer licenses for games or subscriptions unfortunately. What you can do though, is to setup his console as your 'home console' (while signed in with your account that has Xbox Live Gold) so that your Gold subscription is shared with your

Utilize My Home Xbox Settings on one of your console.

Reminder: You can only sign in a specific account on one console at a time or it will boot out if you try to sign in the same account on a different console.

We suggest checking trying to sign out of the profile and sign back in (IF AND ONLY IF THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION IS KNOWN) since this could be an error on the profiles end. If that doesn't work we suggest trying a reset since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

It's actually kind of odd that you could do that on the 360 as you're not meant to be able to sign into 2 console at the same time under the same account on either the 360 or One.
