Xbox One can't load any game or app when connected to Xbox live

A few days ago, my Xbox One started having the problem often called "the Black Screen of Death". I had been using it to play the Witcher 3 and noticed that, after waiting for it to boot for several minutes, I could access the Network Settings menu, go
offline, and continue to at least play that game. The hack worked for a couple days, although the few times I tried connecting to Xbox Live again, I would get the error 0x8027025a whenever I try to run ANY app or game (including Xbox Assist). Obviously, I
have already tried resetting the console, but to no avail. When connecting to the internet (wired or wireless) the status reads UPnP not successful. And just yesterday I had to try several times to even boot the game in offline mode - it would show the game's
start screen and then take me back to home. No error messages whatsoever. On top of that, last night all progress on my games was gone. My Xbox's memory is apparently 81% full (approximately 66GB available according to My Games And Apps) and had never displayed
such problems before.

Never mind. It was working just fine for about 2 days, then this afternoon I turned on the TV and it was back to the same overstretched 480p picture. The only thing I did different this afternoon was a hard reboot of my Xbox One. I had to reboot because
My XBox Live screen kept showing those pesky loading circles instead of actually loading content (even though my XBox One passed an internet connection test). After rebooting, XBox Live loaded just fine, but the TV app was back to being broken. I just can't
win.

I know this is a ridiculous question, but could there be a connection between how the TV app loads and how XBox Live loads?

When I test Xbox Live Connection I get an error saying that I have an Internet Error and my wifi can't connect to the internet but my wifi is connecting to my pc internet, but when I just sign back in I automatically connect to Xbox Live. When I play games
that do not require Xbox Live my Xbox Live never disconnects, this only happens when I play online games that require Xbox Live. I had one corrupt file but it was in games and apps, it was an incomplete download.

A friend on Xbox live tested DOOM, he has disc I have digital version, he got the same result. The developers must fix this. Nowhere has it been stated a connection to Xbox live is needed on console start up to play DOOM's campaign. Microsoft has no record
of that either and when DOOM doesn't load when a connection to Xbox live is not made on console start up, there is no message or error status, it freezes on a black screen right before Bethesda's dev logo is supposed to appear.

I don't buy games that require Internet or connection to Xbox live to play, to me it's not full ownership because I can't play under all circumstances. Bethesda and or Id must patch this CRAP.

It's an obvious program glitch because any time after connection to Xbox live is made after initial Xbox one start up from being turned off, DOOM will load even if the game is closed out entirely (quit) and the Internet connection is removed from the Xbox
one because the game had the initial connection to Xbox live but if the Xbox one is turned off and back on again with no internet to connect to Xbox live DOOM won't load.

This is as I said a glitch the developers MUST patch. DOOM is primarily a campaign based game with no coop campaign or anything else that connection on Xbox one start up would be necessary to load DOOM. As I stated, after the Xbox one is turned on and a
connection is made once to Xbox live, the Internet can be removed and DOOM will load every time until the Xbox one is turned off again. After the Xbox one is turned off, another connection to Xbox live is needed or DOOM won't load

It's like a " CHECK IN " and we don't need that CRAP! Those ridiculous policies were abolished for a REASON!

The developers Bethesda and Id better patch this FAST. What about the people who don't have Internet and can't connect to Xbox live and bought doom? They must think their disc is defective which is NOT the case.

Escalate this to the right people who will get on the developers and inform them to FIX this right away!
