Xbox one can't get passed troubleshooting screen

Not only that, but I regret to inform you that if the offline update and the other potential solutions listed in the article I’m going to share below didn’t work for you, this means that your console needs to be inspected.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has discontinued the Xbox One. However, you can get your console inspected by a trusted technician.

Just so I don't get things mixed up here by saying you uninstalled "Game Pass" you're saying you uninstalled the Xbox App? And this has not impeded any games they you have purchased outside of Game pass form the Microsoft Store but only effects games that have not been purchased that are in the Game Pass Catalog?

But knowing you do not have Game Pass or the Xbox App, I won't really get into troubleshooting it unless you intend on redownloading and trying again.

Assuming you own Minecraft for Windows and are willing to still troubleshoot (Not downloaded through Game Pass) and are getting the red screen error we can try to see if we can repair that for you.

this issue not resolved yet. because I can not get in the troubleshooting screen what I need. Xbox tech support still not respond back to me how can I get in the troubleshooting screen. the step i been following is not working for me.

Thank you so much for the reply, Jose, very much appreciated! I did contact Xbox technical support and they recommended to manually Offline System Update file OSU1. unfortunately I can't access / get into the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
   
3. Press and hold the Pair button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button  on the console.
   
   Note The Xbox Series S and the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition do not have Eject buttons. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 and 4) and then pressing the Xbox button .
   
4. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.
   
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
   

I following these instructions and step by step and no luck for directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter
