    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability for your Xbox One console to connect to your home network.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.

    Unable to connect to xbox live (wired and wireless)

    Just an update after talking with Xbox support and verizon support. Using my mobile device wifi hotspot allows limited xbox live connection. After calling verizon, they saw no issues on their end. Since connect is possible, there must be a networking
    issue between verizon and xbox. Verizon support told me multiple people have called with the exact same issue.

    I'm in same boat. On 3rd new xbox and have determined that any xbox plugged into Ethernet to my verizon Fios router modem will being freezing in under 15 mins.

    If I unplug Ethernet and connect to same router via wifi it runs perfectly.
