    Xbox one Can’t add a new user


    First, i had an issue signing into my account so i tried power cycle then reset my xbox. Now i dont have any users and i cant add any. I tried many things including power cycle, reset and deleting everything, connecting to another WiFi, clear dns and blue
    ray which was suggested to me. However, none of these solved my issue.

    i hope someone can help.

    Xbox games do not support external mods or add-ons of any kind. If you can’t buy it in the store you can’t use it.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Have you tried performing a power cycle on your console before attempting to create a new account? While your console is on, hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds until your Xbox turns off.

    Test it again afterwards, and let us know the results!
