    Xbox one cannot receive messages


    someone sent me a friend request and a game invite for call of duty black ops 2 and neither we're in my notifications or friends. I am playing on an Xbox one not sure what to do to fix this

    Cannot find messages that are being sent

    Hi,

    I receive notifications from Xbox Live when my friend sends a message or an invite to a game. But I cannot figure out how to find the messages nor can I figure out how to accept any invites. Can someone please tell me exactly where one would go on Xbox One
    to read messages?

    Xbox one cannot receive messages

    Sorry to hear it. Game and friend invites sent from the 360 are not seen on the One. What you'll need to do to see those is launch a BC game and press the start and back buttons on your controller to bring up the 360 menu.

    I can receive messages from other people, but when I get write of them it Says message cannot be sent it sends me back to the Xbox website and I didn't follow all the steps and all that, but I still can't message no one
